A private residence in Winter Park, originally built in the 1970s, carried the charm of its era but also the limitations — segmented rooms, closed‑off corridors, and a layout that restricted natural flow. R5 Restoration Pro Co. Corp. reimagined the home through a refined open‑space concept, transforming confined interiors into a seamless, family‑forward environment. By removing visual barriers and introducing intentional spatial continuity, the residence now feels expansive, connected, and elevated — a modern luxury retreat designed for effortless living
